About me

I have worked on huge scale web application spanning across the breadth of Indian startup ecosystem. Focussed mostly on frontend and backend development and lately for the last 6 years focused on team management and scaling businesses.

Started my career making games at Hashcube. One of my notable achievements was to build Sudoku Quest for mobile.

2014 - 2020 Spanning almost 7 years build a lot of products at Practo. Worked on Practo Ray the B2B SaaS for small and medium clinic management. I spearhead the medicine delivery efforts Practo Order ground up along with scale the diagnostic division Practo Dx, together forming the Commerce division of Practo. Later was also tasked with scaling up the online consultation Practo Consult tech stack working on chat, audio and video based teleconference.

2021 - 2022 In this part of my journey was lucky to be part of the biggest fintech in India, Phonepe and was tasked with managing part of the merchant offline teams, mainly focused on Merchant onboarding and agent management (Ace) apps.

2023 - As part of Dunzo I have been managing the Catalog, Store, Search and Recommendation teams. This was a pretty unstable part of my overall journey and was cut short due to failing of the startup. SIGH!! It's unfortunate but met with some really awesome folks over the last year.

Late 2023 - Currently I am working at this company called Narvar, managing the logistics platform layer. It's early days for the India dev center of this org so a lot of fun setting up an overall org from ground up along with a few great leaders.

Apart from these, I help out consulting with smaller startups. Reach out if you wanna work!

Apart from these on FOSS side I had launched Yosapp a web client for Whatsapp long before whatsapp web was a thing. I had also built an app during the Covid times for Indians to find a vaccine slot easily. Ref1, Ref2, Ref3.
